Mid Town at Clear Creek Project

RMCI performed the decontamination and demolition, transport and recycling of wastes of the former Hamilton Sundstrand facility for brownfields redevelopment. Scope of work included: decommissioning, demolition, abatement of hazardous and regulated building materials, transportation and disposal of waste materials, including non-hazardous, as well as hazardous materials and regulated building materials including all asbestos and asbestos containing material, PCB –containing lighting fixtures, other PCB – containing electrical equipment, lead-based paint, electrical and plumbing control systems with mercury switches and other building materials containing regulated hazardous substances.

Former Schlage Lock Facility
Client: Brownfield Partners Inc.
Denver, Colorado

RMCI will perform: remediation, demolition and on-site recycling of this facility south of the San Francisco Airport. This is RMCI’s second project with owner Brownfield Partners, LLC. Project mobilization began in April 2009, with completion of RMCI’s scope of work expected in September of 2009. Scope of work to include decommissioning, demolition, recycling and abatement. Recycling of building and hardscape materials to include wood, steel, non-ferrous metals, concrete, asphalt and electrical equipment.
