• Payment terms for account customers are net 30 days from date of invoice and subject to RMCI standard credit terms. Late fees in the amount of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum shall apply to any overdue balance. No retainage on material purchase.
• Tax exempt projects require than an exemption certificate be faxed to (303) 431-3705 prior to any material purchase. Materials purchased prior to sending a tax exemption certificate will be charged applicable taxes.
• Wood, trash, hazardous waste contaminants and/or excessive amounts of dirt in the load ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Non-reinforced concrete has no mesh or rebar reinforcement. Heavily reinforced concrete loads are subject to increased disposal fees PER FIELD INSPECTIONS BY THE SCALE ATTENDANT.
