RMCI firmly believes that the safety of its employees and the public is of utmost importance. The prevention of accidents takes precedence over expedience and in the conduct of our business every attempt is made to prevent accidents from occurring.
RMCI requires that, as a condition of employment, employees comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations as listed in the company policy manual, and with other written and/or verbal instructions.
RMCI has obtained an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) between “.69-.73”, as calculated by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. (NCCI). This EMR places RMCI in the top 3% of construction firms nationwide. In addition to the EMR, RMCI has obtained Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Total Recordable Injury/Illness Incident Rates well below the national standard for the respective North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) Profile. RMCI’s enhanced safety program allows membership of the Select Advantage Employee Group (SAEG) for RMCI insurance/assurance providers.
